General
» All applicants are required to submit three samples of what they consider to be their best work as well as an additional link to a portfolio.
» If the samples or portfolio are in Google Drive, please test the links before you submit and make sure they’re viewable. Failing to follow this rule may result in instant disqualification.
» CSM and/or Aki samples are encouraged, but not mandatory. We will still judge your application.
» NSFW samples are allowed but we request that we’re forewarned about them. If there’s any possible triggering content, include a note of this as well.Writers
» Writing samples should have a maximum of 2000 words each. Excerpts of longer pieces are acceptable.
» One sample should be a completed story within our word count limit --- 1k-2k.
» Portfolios can be Ao3 accounts, Google Drive, etc.
» Writers will be judged based on the overall structure of the piece, characterization, grammar, spelling and tone.Artists/Merch artists
» Art samples should be completed pieces. Traditional art is acceptable as long as it has great image quality.
» At least one sample must include a background.
» Portfolios can be Google Drive, a specified Tumblr tag, Carrd, etc.
» Artists will be judged based on general composition, anatomy, use of space and use of color.

» Please ensure your fic is proofread for spelling and grammar before submission. Note that we will still do some beta-reading after the final submissions.

» 300 dpi, PSD, PDF, or TIFF file.
» The artwork must be created specifically for the zine.
» Merch dimensions will vary depending on the piece of merch you are assigned. The moderators will inform you of the dimensions upon giving you your assignment.

This zine will be SFW in content, but we'll allow depictions of blood, light gore and some violence. This will be discussed with contributors who wish to depict these on a case by case sitution.ARE THERE ANY HARD LIMITS ON CONTENT?
Yes - Anything can be considered NSFW: extreme depictions of violence and gore. Depictions of drug abuse, full nudity, sexual acts, among others.ARE MANGA SPOILERS ALLOWED?

We're hoping to have 20-22 page artists, 5-6 writers and 4-5 merch artist. These numbers are just estimations and are subject to change.CAN CONTRIBUTORS APPLY TO MULTIPLE POSITIONS?
You may apply to multiple positions, but you will only be accepted to one.HOW WILL CONTRIBUTORS BE COMPENSATED?
Contributors will receive a free digital High Quality PDF of the zine as well as all the digital merch and, if our sales allow, we aim to provide a full physical bundle of the zine with free shipping to all contributors as well as a cut from the profit that will be calculated and sent when the project is completed.
